Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $150 within Australia.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for size issues if requested within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Conditions: Items must be unworn, unsoiled, and undamaged. Exchanges are only available for orders within Australia.
- Exclusions: Sale items are not eligible for exchanges. Refunds are not offered for incorrect sizes; only exchanges or store credit.
- Availability: Due to limited runs, size availability is not guaranteed. Please check the website before requesting an exchange.
- Contact: Exchange requests must be made via email at hello@toryn.com.au. Other forms of contact, such as Instagram DM, are not accepted.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact: Email hello@toryn.com.au with your name, order number, garment name/size, and the size you wish to exchange it for.
- Processing: Allow 3 business days for your request to be processed before following up.
- Return Instructions: After approval, you'll receive instructions to return the item via Aus Post.
- Sender Information: Include your name, phone number, and email address on the “FROM SENDER” section when returning the item.
- Tracking: Keep the tracking number safe. TORYN.CO is not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
- Handling Time: Allow a 48-hour handling period after the return arrives at the warehouse before your exchange order is dispatched.
